Today I had an appointment at Barnstaple hospital for laser treatment on my left eye..
The receptionist at the eye clinic was friendly, efficient and polite.
Within ten minutes I was seen by a nurse who tested my sight. She was lovely,friendly,kind and very helpful .
After a very short wait I was seen by Mr Chairy who greeted me warmly.
Within minutes I had had the laser treatment with everything explained .
I left the hospital after 35 minutes.
I now have no worries about going again in three weeks for the second eye.
I am extremely impressed by the care and attention I received today.
