About: Golden Jubilee National Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I was at the Golden Jubilee for a scope, I was quite nervous but all the staff were great & really put me at ease. I can't remember all your names but you were all fantastic, many thanks to you all.

Firstly, I wish to apologise for the lack of response to your post. We really appreciate the time you took to post such lovely comments on Care Opinion. I was especially pleased to read that the staff put you at ease, as coming into hospital for any procedure can be very worrying time for people.
