"Incorrect information"

About: Leyton Healthcare 4th Floor

You booked a blood test appointment at Queens Road Medical centre for 12 September and I must pick up the form from The Orient Practice before I have the test. Then you said I don't need to pick up the form. I received a call yesterday to say Queens Road do not have the form and they have cancelled my appointment. The lady said she will ring me today at 10.00am to confirm the cancellation but I have not received a call. As I care for my 91 year old mother, I made arrangement for her care while I attend this appointment which I now had to cancel. An early reply would be appreciated

I am sorry to learn of your experience. Just to clarify, We are Leyton Healthcare on the 4th floor and there is no 'Orient' practice any longer. I think you might have been misdirected by an out of hours service on the first floor.
