"I am truly grateful for their compassion, empathy, kindness and positivity"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Acute Short Stay Medicine

(as a service user),

I am currently a patient in Ward 103, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.

I am writing to you to give you valuable feedback of my experience while a patient on the ward.

I have been humbled by the positivity of all staff. A friendly upbeat greeting welcomed me every morning upon waking, bringing with her compassion, empathy and kindness.  All staff members positivity was reflected in their care for all patients holistically.

I have an abundance of respect and admiration for all people who choose to work in this field, their dedication paves a healing path for all those patients under their care. 

I am truly grateful for their compassion, empathy, kindness and positivity during my short stay. I feel valuable positive feedback is well deserved
