"Subject Access Request (Access to Health Records)"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary / Clinical haematology

(as the patient),

The arrangement with the Haematology Department at Leicester Royal Infirmary to receive test results by phone didn't work.

In trying to obtain the results by Subject Access Request the hospital have in my opinion been obstructive to say the least.

The likely outcome is that the hospital will be required to perform the tests again for no purpose.
