(as the patient),

I had a reassessment audiology appointment with one of the audiologists, Claire. She was lovely and extremely helpful. She really took the time to make sure I was getting the most out of my replacement hearing aids, helping me connect my Apple Watch and get Bluetooth set up on my phone. She really went over and beyond. Thank you Claire for your wonderful patient care. Very grateful to the NHS too for providing me hearing aids at no cost.
