"Feel stronger as a human being"

I find it really interesting that there is a group here of likeminded people to support each other. Seth is my keyworker and he signposted me to the service user forum. I'm no longer in denial and feel stronger as a human being. I feel if i can give something back through the forum, that is what i would like to do. I am in touch with my spiritual side and see the benefits of mindfulness and breathing techniques. I would love to be able to share some of these things with others.
