"Excellent experience"

I attended an appointment at the community dental service VHK with my daughter who was having an extraction under general anaesthetic 

My daughter was extremely nervous to undergo the procedure but I cannot fault the kindness and understanding of the whole team, really making her feel at ease and taking the time to be mindful of and meet her needs. 

As a parent it was a very emotive situation to go through, feeling quite helpless, but every member of the team took the time to explain every part of the procedure with me, keep me updated at every moment and provide me with much needed reassurance. 

I an extremely grateful to the wonderful nurses, dentist and the anaesthetist who were all so caring and  compassionate and really made this such a positive experience, so much so my daughter asked if she could come back again tomorrow (although this might have been the anaesthetic wearing off!) 

What an amazing team, who deserves recognition for a fantastic service. Thank you all so much.
