"Information about operation"

I am wondering if there’s anyway to get more information regarding my operation for an adenoidectomy. I saw ENT in February this year, they were brilliant both times and took time to explain what was happening and what would be the next steps from there; and said this would be marked as urgent, but to date, only received a standard letter from NHS stating it’s been 12 weeks and this may take some more time. I also took part in the new text messaging for ENT patients but still no answer.

I work for the NHS, so I completely understand the pressures it is under and don’t want to bother others or seem to be pestering, but any information would be greatly appreciated at this point, just to know my issue has been at least looked at or still considered urgent.
