"No calls received from the GP"

About: Barton House Group Practice

(as the patient),

I'm frustrated as my GP was scheduled to call me. However I received 2 texts messages from my GP saying they tried calling me and couldn't reach me. I did not receive any missed calls from the GP. I didn't get any notification from Vodafone either that I'd had a missed call. I asked my colleagues to do a test missed call and my phone rang. My phone was beside me all the time.

Now I'm on the phone call to my GP and 21 in the queue and its showing 47 minutes waiting time still not answered! I am very dismayed by this poor service. I feel like the GP didn't call me at all!

I have not been very happy with this Practice as they keep changing GPs.
