Came to clinic with my mother in law for eye treatment. She has Alzheimer’s and I tried to prepare her as best I could.
From the minute I arrived the people we dealt with from receptionists, nurses and doctor who did the laser treatment was first class.
Aftercare was great and most certainly felt the care and patience so A* from us.

I'm so glad your mother had such a positive experience whilst in our care. We always do our best to provide patient centred care taking each individuals needs into consideration.
I know that as a family it must be difficult for you all negotiating your mothers condition and I'm glad that our team was able to deliver the care she needed with minimal anxiety to her.
