All the staff prior to my operation were meticulous in their admin duties, each checking my credentials on meeting with me. All were kind, respectful, professional and diligent in their conduct.
The only negative I have is with one member of staff. Whilst in post-op - I assume they were my nurse. Unfortunately I found their manner abrupt and on taking my temperature (twice), was somewhat aggressive when they pushed the thermometer into my ear. I thought this may have been the norm until another nurse subsequently checked my temperature and was very gentle.
In retrospect I feel this nurse may have assumed that post-op I may not have had the wherewithal to have known better. With the exception of this experience the staff were excellent.
