The waiting time wasn’t long. I went to A&E because of a suspected bone fracture in my foot. The nurse that I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and professional she took time to explain my situation and listened to everything I spoke about in a very caring and kind way.
She explained everything that would happen next, gave medications and at home advice. It was more that she listened which was so kind given she must have been having a busy day but you’d never have known. I can’t thank this nurse enough for her extraordinary people skills and giving me some time to get things off my chest. My only regret is I don’t remember her name. I hope she reads this I hope she’ll remember and know that she made a big difference, and not just with a sore foot. Thank you xx
