"Out of hours care"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Ayrshire Doctor on Call (ADOC) NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service)

(as a service user),

I want to thank both the NHS 24 initial call  handler/ assessor and the Dr who saw me in the UHC out of hours clinic at lunchtime today.

Both helped put me at my ease during their assessments and I got the antibiotics I need for a chest infection.  We are lucky to have staff like them caring for us.

Update posted by Relly123 (a service user)

Thankyou. The call handler/ assessor and nurse all introduced themselves but sorry I can't remember because I felt so poorly.

They were really lovely and guided me through the assessment questions.
