"Poor communications"

About: University Hospital Hairmyres

(as a relative),

I was called to say my mother was being moved from MAU to Ward 18b but when trying to call the ward to check visiting times the phone was answered and immediately hung up twice.  I then checked the website but could find no visiting times listed.  I also tried to download a site map to find the ward but the map that is available doesn't have any ward numbers on it, completely useless.
