This is my first experience attending the Epilepsy clinic in Daisy Hill.
My experience today was fantastic. I was met by a very nice guy at reception who advised me where to go and wait for my appointment.
The clinic was very nice, clean and well presented. I was then called in for my appointment. Everything was very well explained to me. Louise, the epilepsy nurse, was so lovely. She was very friendly and extremely patient with me.
It was a very nice and calm atmosphere and I was made feel very comfortable to ask any questions, no matter how silly they might be.
I was treated very well today. It couldn’t have went better. I will be called back for a review in 6 months. I am very satisfied with my experience today at the epilepsy clinic in Bernish House, Daisy Hill Hospital.
