"Seating in waiting area"

About: Cannock Chase Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I attended for a steroid injection in Cannock Hospital Orthopaedic Department.

On arrival at 7.00am there was a long queue. Many patients had sticks or crutches but there were hardly any chairs. Surely the staff know how many patients are expected, could they provide adequate seating?
