"Diligent and professional expertise."

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I had a prostate gland biopsy.  This Surgical Procedure was carried out in Queen Margaret Hospital.  I had 3 Care Givers (Paddy, Craig & Wendy) plus Doctor Mitchell.

They were all magnificent in their care and delivery of a very important service.  I was totally at ease and was able to chat away and ask all sorts of questions and never once did they let up in their attention to what I was chatting about.

The surgery was practically pain-free throughout thanks to their diligent professional expertise.

Dear coindc33

Thank you for providing such lovely feedback on your recent procedure carried out at our Queen Margaret Hospital Urology department.

I am delighted to hear that all the nursing staff and the doctor were magnificent, they will be extremely happy to hear this. It is great that you were made to feel totally at ease and the chat was flowing, it certainly does help to take our minds of what is happening.

I am also very happy to hear that the procedure was practically pain free for you, this certainly helps a lot!

I will proudly share you feedback with Paddy, Craig and Wendy as well as the rest of team, and I will ensure Mr Mitchell sees your feedback also.

I hope your recovery went well and send our best wishes

Jackie

Hi Jackie,

It was my pleasure and the least I could do to thank such a wonderful team of people. In regards to the recovery you touched on - what recovery? I have never had a single moment of pain even when the pain relief (anaesthetic) was due to cease its effectiveness. I am in no doubt that this pain-free experience is due in no small way to the wonderful skill and dexterity of Mr Mitchell, please thank him for me.
