During Covid, Three villages started using a contact form. This worked great. Then they restricted the form to surgery hours only - still fine. Now though, if you try and complete the form after 8.15 you get an error message saying triage is full. If you ring, the receptionists are unable to help and simply say try the form earlier in the morning. I am a mum to two children and works
full time - I barely have time to get to work and sort the kids at 8am never mind fill in a form repeatedly ( to then be given an appointment I can't make at a surgery I'm not registered at) What must someone do to speak to seek help nowadays?
