"There is light at the end of the tunnel"

About: Change Grow Live Cambridgeshire / Huntingdon

(as a service user),

My recovery coordinator is Ian - a great bloke and he's been a great help because he treats me like a normal human being without to much formality. I'm pleased with the way I'm being medicated and Ian's advice has been invaluable in stopping me from getting out of control.

Coming to CGL does help in keeping me feeling normal and that I belong to an organisation that I can confide in and cos of Ian's help and advice I have been helped to believe that there is light at the end of the tunnel and that we don't need to be defined by our past behavior.

So thank you CGL, thanks Ian.  I'm so glad you exist - without you I'd probably be dead.
