"This is a special place"

About: One Recovery Bucks / High Wycombe

(as the patient),

A patient for a while doing sometimes well and other less so but I must say that it is a special place with great people , from the doctors to the key-workers and so on as they truly care for you and your recovery is a fact if you play your part. They all have something special and your needs are their prime objective. Their words always so kind and thanks to Rebecca and Jordan and Dr Goodwin and all other and what a better world would be if everyone loves their job like you all do.

Dear Ruiz,

Firstly can I apologise that it has taken me so long to respond to you valuable feedback.

It is so good to hear your experience and how you have noticed that colleagues in the service care about those that use our service. We strongly belief and try to live our values everyday including listening, caring and showing compassion, without these values we couldn't support the people that use the service.
