(as a relative),

My Brother-in-Law has been cared for at Bowen's Close for many years. My family and I have found his care to be second to none and he has been happy there. The staff have been very caring and attentive to his needs.

We are extremely grateful to them as we live over an hour away and, due to medical reasons, have not been able to visit him much in the last year. They have diligent in keeping us up-to-date with his needs and care, which we are very thankful for.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of our supported living service, Bowens Close. As Head of Service for Supported Living in the Southern Trust it is fantastic to read your very positive comments.

All members of the supported living team strive to deliver the highest standard of care, and it is very encouraging to hear that you are happy with the care provided, and that you find the staff caring and attentive. I am sure it is difficult not visiting as often as you would like, but I am extremely glad to hear you are kept updated and we will endeavor to continue this good communication.

I will ensure to share your feedback with the team, they will really appreciate your kind words.
