My daughter spent time in the Neonatal Unit at Craigavon Area Hospital, and the care she received was truly exceptional. The staff were not only friendly and accommodating but also highly knowledgeable, consistently going the extra mile for both my baby and us parents.
The ward sister, in particular, exceeded her duties to assist me with a personal issue related to my baby, and I'm so very grateful to the entire neonatal team. Leaving your newborn baby at the hospital while you go home is a challenging experience, but the staff made me feel reassured, knowing that my child was receiving the best care. They were always prompt in answering the phone, promptly returning calls when more information was needed, and would inform us in advance of any treatments or tests for the baby.
Our daughter's premature birth thrust us into the world of neonatal care, and it's impossible for me to show our admiration for the neonatal staff and our gratitude for entrusting them with the care of our precious little girl.
