I was texted my appointment at least a month back, which helped with planning time off work to attend. It was a blistering hot day so the air conditioned environment was welcoming, as was the short wait, friendliness of the receptionist and nurse. They explained the process fully and what I might expect by way of symptoms after the injection. I was literally in and out in 15 minutes. Very professional, stress free and a relief to have some potential protection on board, ahead of the flu season.
