I felt uncomfortable and uncared for i would like to have seen a doctor in the Surgery

Dear runningti66,

I am sorry that you felt uncomfortable and uncared for it is never out intention to make any of our patients feel this way.

It is very difficult for me to respond fully as I do not know why you weren't offered an appointment with a GP - we advise patients to see and can refer them onto the best professional to help them. For instance you may have been referred to see a physiotherapist or to a pharmacist a GP is not always the best person to deal with a patients issue.

I would be very happy to discuss this matter further with you. I am available Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30
