"The staff here are really nice and helpful"

My experience on Ward 1 North has been great. They explain things well, and if I don't get something, they take the time to explain until I do. Everyone on the staff has been equally friendly, so I can't pick just one.

The ward is clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff pay a lot of attention to cleanliness, always cleaning tables and window ledges. I can't think of anything that needs improvement. The ward itself is comfy and clean, and the bathrooms are fine. The food has been good, and the noise at night isn't too bad. Overall, I don't think there's much that needs to change – I'm quite happy.
