About: The Gadhvi Practice

(as the patient),

I attended the Surgery recently and was greeted promptly by Dawn who always has a smile on her face and will do her upmost to help with any queries I may have, as does Karen the receptionist.

I was booked in promptly seen early by Rehana who as always puts me at ease when taking my bloods, blood pressure and general health check.

The Practice Manager Paulette came out and extended a warm welcome to me.

I have been with the Gadhvi Practice for many years and I feel that Dr Pathan and his team are all doing a brilliant role within the NHS

Dear Service User,

Thank you for your positive feedback. The reception team will be so happy with your comment especially Dawn and Karen who have work at the practice over number of years and always willing to help patients.

Rehana is the practice Health Care Assistant and I'm happy to say that most patients find her very reassuring and I'm glad that this was also your experience.

Myself Paulette The Gadhiv Practice Manager I'm happy to meet all patient with a smile.

Dr Pathan is the Senior Partner at the Gadhvi Practice and I know your comment will make him feel proud about the whole of the practice team.
