"Their dedication deserves praise and admiration."

My mother has been here for quite some time now, and this was her first time in the Ramone 3 ward. Both of us were uncertain about what to expect.

I must express my admiration for the nursing assistants in this ward. The way they introduced themselves to my mother created a warm and comforting atmosphere for her and she's quite traditional like that and likes these mannerism. 

This ward is truly exceptional, it has the most compassionate nursing and medical staff we've ever encountered. We are deeply grateful for their kindness. My mother even remarked on how pleasant it was to be treated with respect and consideration, not as if she were invisible.

I will forever appreciate the care provided to my mother. The doctors, nurses, and nursing assistants in this department are nothing short of extraordinary. Despite the challenges of working with Covid  on the ward they consistently displayed the utmost care, kindness, and compassion. Their dedication deserves praise and admiration.
