I tripped over and landed on my nose and started to bleed fairly badly. I pinched my nose until the ambulance arrived. I was seen by the paramedics who checked my medical record thoroughly.
They kept me talking the whole time. I was taken to the emergency department at Croydon University Hospital by the London Ambulance Service. I was has seen very quickly and had 2 sets of XRays taken. My finger was popped back in the place.
Please pass on my thanks to the staff at the new Addington ambulance station, and both the emergency department and urgent care centre at Croydon University Hospital.
