"Helpful, informative, friendly and empathetic"

About: Musgrave Park Hospital / Rheumatology

(as the patient),

I attended this morning for an infusion to prevent deterioration in my health. My anxiety about the treatment I was to receive was quickly reduced by speaking with nurse Noreen. She was very helpful, informative and was very friendly and empathetic. She was very professional with her nursing duties as the treatment progressed. Unfortunately I do not recall the name of the doctor who spoke with me but she too was very professional and discussed with me all the information I needed to know. The ward staff were friendly and it seemed to be a nice environment for staff to work and patients to feel like they are receiving great care. Well done to Noreen and her colleagues.

Thank you for taking the time to make this feedback regarding the Rheumatology Unit at Musgrave Park Hospital.

It was lovely to hear that the staff, in particular Noreen were supportive and able to reduce any anxiety regarding your treatment. I can assure that I will share this positive feedback with Noreen and the team.

Many thanks
