(as a service user),

Attending the outpatients department of neurology at Ninewells hospital every 12 weeks, I have always found staff to be professional, polite, attentive and respectful. Nurse Shirley is the most caring nurse I have ever met. She displays concern for my complete wellbeing and not just for my treatment. All of the reception staff are very polite and professional. You are all a credit to the NHS. Thank you for caring.

Many thanks for taking the time out to write about your experiences when visiting the Neurology department at Ninewells. I will pass on your lovely comments to all the staff involved. The staff are a great and they work hard as a team to ensure that you are given the best care possible. Your gratitude for all the staff is much appreciated.
