"Treatment of my partner"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / General surgery

(as a relative),

Partner in B12 and has additional needs. The staff do not check on him regularly, I have found staff to be rude and have the attitude of we don’t have the time. Having to wait more than an hour to have pad changed even then there was excuses. When you try and raise things with the ward then again you’re just given excuses. He doesn’t seem to be given any respect or provided dignity. In my view, it’s not surprising that forth valley has been placed in special measures.
