About: Stepping Hill Hospital / Fracture Clinic

(as a service user),

Got here 30mins before appointment time and was sent straight to get my x-ray. X-ray complete and back at clinic bang on time for my appointment.

Still sitting waiting to see doctor 90 mins past my appointment time. When I queried the delay I was dismissed and made to feel impatient and told I would be slotted in when they could, right at the very end as it happens.

Why give me an appointment time? This has now cost me 3 hours off work that I will have to make up tonight. Not impressed at all.
