Stage 2 of the booking in process. The delightful staff member sat behind the desk today was a breath of fresh air.
Above and beyond her role, she recognised me from a rather harrowing process of booking in a relative. She gave me updates, reassurance and some welcome kind words. It is so lovely to have empathetic staff members to hand when you are in difficult situations.
