My experience in the Sliverwood ward has truly been exceptional. The staff members have been incredibly pleasant and supportive. They consistently provide clear explanations, and if there's something I don't grasp, they take the time to sit down and explain it until I do. Each staff member has been equally kind, making it hard to single out any particular individual.

The rooms on the ward have maintained a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. The domestic staff's attention to cleanliness is remarkable, as they are always cleaning up after us and wiping the table tops and window ledges. The menu has also shown improvement since my previous time here, offering more options and variety.

While everything has been outstanding, there's one area that could potentially be enhanced. I've have seen how the staff often work under immense pressure, particularly during the night shifts. There seems to be a shortage of staff during those hours, yet they're expected to handle the same workload. I truly empathize with them, as I understand the challenges of working in this ward. Despite these challenges, the staff's hard work shine through and I would like for them to know this, making the overall experience truly exceptional. Their patience is amazing and I consider myself lucky to be getting treatment in this ward.
