"Outpatients in Bernish House has friendly and approachable staff"

I am in outpatients for a urology appointment. I have been here a few times so it does not faze me being here however, I do see a lot of nervous people here at times and I wish I could help them. The staff do their best to give out a calm aura to settle people and I find it works. The treatment and advice I be given here is always top class and I cannot deny that the staff are the best in the business. 

The staff are always here if you need to talk and support you in anyway possible.
