Bernish house outpatients has always been good for whatever appointment I have had to go to, and today is urology. The department is so calm and it helps me relax before appointments. Since covid the appointments are more staggered it seems so there is less people there and they run on time. 

The staff are lovely, all the ones I have interacted with. They try and make you feel comfortable and at ease. They have answered all my questions to the best of their ability and have supported me through it all. 

Bernish House has a good environment.
