I came to Pilgrim Hospital for an appointment for a Hysteroscopy on 24th August and was greeted with a warm welcome from a lovey nurse called Stephanie.
She was genuinely interested in how I was and took time to understand my symptoms plus explained the procedure I was about to have.
On entering the procedure room Tanya and Emma went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and dignified.
The procedure was carried out quickly and efficiently and Stephanie then explained what would happen afterwards.
I can’t praise all of these ladies enough, they do an amazing job.
This is not the first time I’ve attended this clinic and the care has been brilliant every time!
Thank you all for looking after me so well.
I was horrified to find out they had patients who had not turned up for their appointment that day so the one suggestion for improvement I would make is some type of appointment confirmation system ie. the patient has to confirm on the day of appointment that they will be attending.
