I am here in Bernish house for an outpatients appointment for urology. The department is clean and tidy. The department was quiet so it seemed all the appointments were well timed. I was quite early for my appointment as I did not know where it was, the reception in the hospital gave me good directions to get here. 

The staff so far have all been lovely and very smiley. Their smiles made them easier to approach and they all spoke very nicely. 

Outpatients is exceptionally well run.
