My time on the trauma ward has been quite exhausting due to the constant noise throughout my stay. Some patients have been quite loud during the nights, leading to sleepless nights for me. However, I must commend the entire nursing staff, for their exceptional care. Their explanations have been flawless and they've been doing a fantastic job, although it's evident they're incredibly busy. The night shift staff, especially, stood out with their remarkable performance in managing everything. Special kudos to them, they have been truly outstanding.

I found the ward itself to be well-maintained and comfortable. The bathrooms have been kept very clean, and the food, while generally good, sometimes falls short as it can be quite limited options. Aside from these points, I can't think of any other areas that need improvement.

Hello,

My name is Rachel and I am the Ward Sister on the Trauma Ward. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Firstly, I would like to say how sorry I am that you are exhausted with the noise on the ward, staff will strive to do what they can to limit this. Your extremely kind words regarding the nursing staff are greatly appreciated and extremely heartwarming. To know that you have found the care to be exceptional is encouraging and I know the staff will be so pleased to read this. The staff strive to ensure they provide the best care for their patients and to have their hard work recongised means a great deal. To read that they have been outstanding and remarkable is just wonderful. It is reassuring also to know that you are happy with the facilities on the ward.

I will be sure to pass on your lovely feedback to all the staff (especially the night staff). Please know it will be truly appreciated.
