"I just couldn't see how they could perform any better"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Trauma Ward

You really couldn't find a staff member in the trauma ward that hasn't been more helpful or accommodating . Each member of the staff is very attentive, and if you ask for anything, they always make sure to listen and do what they can to help. I don't mind the bay I am in the only down side is that there is snoring from other patients and people coming and going. I don't like to single out anyone because everyone has been so good. 

The domestic staff has maintained the ward exceptionally clean and cozy. The meals has also been wonderful. If you don't feel like eating two large meals during the day, soup is an alternative and there is a fair selection of other food items. 

There are no areas for improvement in trauma ward that come to mind. With everything they had to deal with on a daily basis, I just couldn't see how they could perform any better. I believe they certainly merit a pay increase, in my opinion.

My name is Rachel and I am the Ward Sister on the Trauma Ward. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am truly so pleased to read such lovely and kind words regarding the staff. To know the staff have been accommodating, helpful and attentive is extremely reassuring. I am delighted to read that the staff take the time to listen to you and do what they can to help. Myself and the staff want all our patients to feel content and comfortable whilst they are with us.

It is great to read that you are happy with maintenance of the ward and it is lovely to have the hard work of the domestic staff recognised and your kind words will be shared with them.

It is encouraging for myself as the ward manager to know that you do not have any improvements or complaints. This really means a lot. I will be sharing your kind words with all the staff.
