"Feeling let down by the mental health team"

About: Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust / Adult mental health

(as a service user),

I found that the mental health didn’t help me at all especially when I was struggling and couldn’t keep myself safe.

I feel let down by the mental health team

I was sorry to ready that you felt let down and that you hadn't received the help you needed from our mental health services when you were struggling.
