"Wonderful care thank you"

About: Adult Health & Support Services / Community Alert Team Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance University Hospital Monklands / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

My 90 year old mum had fall at home. I can’t praise all the staff for their consistently kind and professional care highly enough. From  SLC Alert responders,SAS then Monklands A&E their kind and thoughtful care encompassed everything to be proud of!  Happily able to get safely get home with a very bruised face ( broken nose) and stitches. Please pass on our thanks to all involved! You all made an anxious time much less so!

Dear Care53,

Thank you for sharing your recent experience on Care Opinion about University Hospital Monklands, A&E.

Firstly, I am so sorry to hear about your mums fall. What a terrible fright that must have been. We are absolutely proud of our staff and their care and professionalism to our patients. I am so pleased that you and your mum were also able to see and experience this. I am pleased you were both reassured and supported by our staff.

It is great encouragement for our staff to be recognised and it is a pleasure to share your kind words and feedback with the whole team.

I hope that your mum is recovering well.
