"Very welcoming"

About: Victoria Hospital / Pre-assessment Victoria Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as the patient),

The staff were very welcoming on arrival. Waiting was kept to a minimum and everything felt efficient and professional.

The nurses who worked with me were pleasant and friendly offering loads of advice regarding my upcoming hip replacement surgery. I can't speak highly enough of the care I had while there.

I was there for an hour and a half but it felt like I was in and out in no time.

There was certainly nothing to complain about, far from it.

Thank you to all the staff there. They're a credit to their profession.
