"Poor quality of service"

The service of my GP has been gradually degrading special after the pandemic.

When I call the GP there is an automated message saying they are experiencing high volume of call when this is not true - I tested it by calling whilst inside the GP and could see the staff talking between themselves and not answering the phone.

The staff on reception were rude and not helpful. It's more like a record cassette than a conversation between the two people.

The GP takes long time to send the prescription to local designated pharmacy.

I have been waiting for nearly two weeks for a prescription that I now find myself without one of the medications for 3 days.

Local pharmacy have also mentioned that they struggled to contact the GP.
