"Responded almost straight away"

Had a really sore stoma - emailed Sheila  - she responded almost straight away and gave me an appointment. I had told her I was at another appointment at the Victoria first and when I got there , Sheila had given them a note to let her know when I was finished - that was so caring and kind of Sheila to do that, above and beyond.  When I was ready I then met with Wendy to help with my problem - Sheila was on the wards. 

I had an excellent and informative time with Wendy - problem diagnosed and treatment plan in place. The service I received form both Sheila and Wendy was exceptional.
