Had a per op assessment today at the Victoria Hospital - the registered Nurse I had was excellent in every way - listened, understood and cared very much - made me feel very valued and significant. Than you so much RN Bello - you have really helped on a very difficult and stressful journey.

I am delighted to hear that the staff member involved with your pre-assessment listened, understood and cared about you.
It is important to the team that we make each patient feel like they are receiving individualised care which makes them feel valued.
I am pleased to hear that following your pre-assessment you feel your surgical journey is less difficult and that you now feel less stressed.
