Since I first had contact with you I have experienced the kindness, professionalism, information, support and care that your service provides.

It’s an amazing service and has been so important to me and for many others.

It’s an important service for employers and workers. It positively impacts on patients' lives, and also organisations' ability to maximise the opportunities for their workforce issues.

It must be a challenging and difficult job at times, and the dedication and support shines through. It’s a really impressive thing.

I just wanted to salute the work you do. It makes a genuine difference.
