About: Munro Medical Centre

I get really frustrated when I read or hear people saying negative things about the Munro. My whole family have had to visit the centre over the last few months for one reason or another and, each time, found the staff to be very personable, friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble.

Today my daughter had to return to get her results. She was very nervous but, after seeing the disarming and very warm hearted nurse, she came away with a huge relieved grin on her face. She even had a sneaky hug with the nurse which made her day.

In short, I cannot fault anything your team does. I particularly like it when I go to the dispensing window as, now I'm a regular, a bit of cheeky banter goes back and forth. I love that.

Don't change a thing. Don't listen to the nay sayers. You all do an amazing job. Thank you!
