I was called in for a vaccination. I have a phobia of needles but the nurse was reassuring, put me at my ease and got the vaccination done with no drama. She was great and I really appreciate the way she made sure I was okay all the way through. Can't praise her highly enough.

thank you for taking the time to inform us about your recent vaccination experience. Needle phobia is a difficult challenge to overcome, and I am delighted to read about this excellent example of the person centred care we strive to provide. I hope this experience will continue to provide reassurance should you need to visit the centre again.
